Slava is a woman’s dress and blouse pattern, with a lovely square shaped neckline.
The neckline is finished with a facing.
There are 2 sleeve lengths - a short sleeve, which fits just above the elbow, and a 7/8 sleeve, which fits, under the elbow.
Slava has a simple shape and construction, which makes the pattern a good choice if you are a beginner sewer or you want a quick, satisfying, and wearable challenge.
You can sew a matching fabric belt or wear the dress with your favorite waistbelt.
The square neck gives this garment a romantic vibe, but if you are in the mood to sew a more basic garment, we have included an additional pattern piece with a round neckline.

The Slava dress looks lovely in light to medium-weight woven fabrics. For a nice drape, we recommend fabrics like viscose, rayon, Tencel, crepe, georgette, or cotton lawn.
For the top, you can use stiffer or heavier fabrics as well, depending on the effect you are looking for.
You can also use knit fabrics for the top - jersey, interlock, Ponte knit, French Terry, and jacquard sweat.

You will receive a digital PDF file to print on your home computer or in a copy shop on A4 or US letter paper. 
An A0 pdf is also included, so you can print your pattern in a copy shop. We have included a projector file as well.
No physical item will be shipped to you.
